Not loving your N&W order?
It is absolutely important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase and we're here to help. 

We offer a store credit only if the item/s are returned to us within 7 days from the date of purchase, this only applies if;

  • The item does not fit you,
  • You are not satisfied with the quality,
  • Or, you have simply changed your mind.
Except for discounted products which are non-returnable, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in new condition with hygienic liners attached within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Please note that we don't accept returns after the 7 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 7 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
  • Our swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner to ensure your safety - return items cannot be accepted if the liner is removed. Please try on your N&W items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner.
  • Discounted items are not returnable unless there is a quality issue.
  • Please take extra care to pack your return package properly so they don't get damaged on the way back to us - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Kindly make sure to get proof of postage for reference, incase you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.\

Nudi and the Whale reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received.
